The location was excellent. I was allocated a two-bedroom suite harbour view non-refurbished with beautiful views of the harbour, bridge and opera house. the apartment was clean and very well provisioned and, to be honest, i could have stayed there for weeks? the staff were very helpful and friendly.
the dryer did not work, i called front desk and they offered to take my clothes elsewhere to dry. they would not replace dryer.

dated apartmentadditional cost
The apartment was more dated than expected, and the cleaning standard was not very high. We booked a One-Bedroom apartment and requested a cot for our child, incurring an extra cost. we asked for the sofa bed to be prepared for our other child. Neither request was fulfilled upon arrival. This required a call to housekeeping. The air conditioning operated at one excessively cold temperature.

Acceptable Location , but Lacking in Quality

stale croissantssparse supplies
The room smelled old , and the supplies were sparse. During my two-night stay , toilet paper was not replenished. The shower soap dispenser had only two pumps left , forcing me to get out to retrieve more from the sink. Breakfast disappointed me , as the croissants for the eggs Benedict were stale. I hope other rooms fare better as some are undergoing refurbishment.

The staff were very polite and efficient! we ordered room service and they were on time even though there were two big functions that wednesday night. i was very happy. i found the location perfect. It was within walking distance to most restaurants and sights.
road traffic noise was pretty full on, i must say. the fold out couch and bed was very squeaky and annoying. i thought the cleanliness was adequate but not sparkling, to be honest.
